Troop 7192 will start having regular meetings on June 10.  Our first campout will be at Mohican on June 14-16.  We have some tents and sleeping bags that can be borrowed, if needed.

Girls (11-17) interested in adventure, camping, life skills, leadership skills, and service to others are encouraged to join!  First year campouts and activities include:

  • June Canoeing/Kayaking at Mohican
  • July Campout at Alum Creek
  • August Pioneering at Camp Lazarus
  • September High Ropes, First Aid at Camp Lazarus
  • October Trip to Gettysburg (Pennsylvania)
  • November Hiking and Puppetry at Pokagon State Park (IN)
  • November, December, and January Service Projects

Girls also have the opportunity to achieve the prestigious EAGLE RANK.

The Girl Troop 7192 will implement the same structure, dates and times, and advancement procedures as Troop 192, a shared Committee, and 5-7 shared campouts annually.  We will usually meet in a different room than Troop 192 so that girls have the opportunity to lead other girls.

Seven Ranges Summer Camp has adapted a camping area for girls.
